As a result, anger is increasingly felt among players, and so the developers decided to speak out on social media, and mainly on Twitter through a press release.
Call of Duty devs speak out on Twitter
After several weeks of tension, the developers have indeed decided to speak. Through their press release, they explain that they understand the frustration of their community, and announce that their teams are working harder than ever to solve the various problems encountered on Call of Duty Vanguard, Call of Duty: Wazone Pacific, but also Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
Afterwards, they provide an update on issues that have already been resolved, such as collision issues allowing days to mine or shoot through various elements of Caldera, and weapon rebalancing. On the other hand, the developers have detailed the known and in-progress issues, and among them: the performance of the consoles (Xbox and PlayStation), but also the invisible skins that rot the parts of Warzone.
Finally, they also gave an update on Vanguard issues, with the list of known issues and also in the process of being fixed. In the days to come, we should therefore finally have a real nerf to shotguns, an improvement in map rotation, but also the correction of certain killstreaks including attack dogs.
Only a few more days to wait before finally having games that are more or less viable, however, we still do not have a deployment date, but the updates should naturally be available from next week.
