Activision continue to take care of the players of Call of Duty: Mobile with regular updates and it will soon launch the Season 4 of the year 2022, called Wild Dogs. We will be entitled to new maps, a new game mode, a mode Tournament multiplayer and of course a Battle Pass with free content and premium to unlock.
Without further ado, here’s what awaits players from Call of Duty: Mobile in this Season 4: Wild Dogs :
- Battle Royale Map Change: Sandstorm – Season 4 offers a whole new way to play Battle Royale where there are no good guys or bad guys, with only nature as your opponent. A sandstorm will appear randomly in the Wild Areas of Battle Royale. Players who enter the Sandstorm will need to dodge hurricanes and tornadoes to reach the loot and high-level special items contained in the weather event.
- Two new cards
- Satellite – First appearing in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Satellite is set in the deserts of central Africa, where an American-made satellite, the KH-9, has been grounded. This large map has an open side that features vantage points above and below with trench-like positioning, as well as caverns all around the map.
- Khandor Hideout – This medium-sized, versatile map first appeared in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) and features a wide variety of cover locations including a marketplace, signal tower, observation post, and a garage.
- New Themed Event: Sandstorm Eye – An abnormal sandstorm has appeared in the center of the desert, which has affected the oil extraction on the map. Enemy forces use this storm to their advantage and seize key points of interest for oil extraction. You and other players on the map will need to defend on these key areas and work together to extract oil from these locations and take them back from enemy forces. Complete missions, build nodes, and circulate fuel barrels to advance the event and reap in-game rewards.
- New Multiplayer mode: Ground War – Call of Duty: Mobile players can now face off in large-scale infantry and vehicular combat with the new Ground War multiplayer mode. Ground War was a fan-favorite mode introduced in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) and will be available on the new Satellite map, as well as Aniya Incursion.
- New Multiplayer Tournament mode – Will you be in the ranking? Battle your way to the top in the new multiplayer tournament mode! Just tap “Tournament” in the main lobby and compete to win the Epic DL Q33 – Red Sprite and Shadow Blade – Red Sprite! The best players will be listed in a continuous ranking table.
- Stage 2 of the World Championship begins – Eligible players who qualified in Stage 1 can now form teams and play ranked matches together to qualify for Stage 3 of the Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship 2022, with a prize pool of more than two million dollars (USD). Stage 2 of the World Championship begins on May 12 and ends on May 22. Visit the championship website here for all the details and to find out how to register.
