Modern Warfare 2 confirmed for 2022
Rumors have been numerous in recent months about the future of the Call of Duty license. They were, for the most part, confirmed on February 11. As revealed in a publication on the official site, in the wake of a conference, during which Infinity Ward spoke about the next installment of the franchise, the next episode will indeed be Modern Warfare 2a direct sequel to the opus released in 2019 and which has sold more than 30 million copies.

Warzone 2 also confirmed
Pat Kelly did not just give information about the next installment in the series. He also confirmed the fact that a new Warzone experience is coming, built on the engine of MW2. According to him, this new experience, which doesn’t actually have the name of Warzone 2 at the moment, will be ” a massive evolution of the battle royale genre “. No release date was given, but we should see it land later than MW2.
