Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 differs in many ways from shooters like Counter-Strike 2 or Valorant. In addition to a perk system, it also offers, among other things, “aftermarket parts” through which you can customize your weapons.
As the official X account (formerly Twitter) of the development studio has revealed, Modern Warfare 3 will also receive a feature that you may already know from these shooters. In the future, you can turn away from a stun grenade to avoid the blinding effect.
Mechanics already known from other shooters
This is a mechanic that players already exploit in Counter-Strike 2 and Valorant to gain a strategic advantage. Since such a feature has never been present in any game in the Call of Duty series, such an innovation will probably have a significant impact on player behavior.
Players with a high reaction speed can now turn away from a stun grenade in good time and then quickly resume the fight instead of having to hide behind cover.
