Call of Duty: one of the worst games in the saga was still a huge hit

At the end of last year, Activision And Sledgehammer Games launched Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, which unfortunately has the sad cap of the lowest rated opus of the saga on Metacritic, with a score of 56/100. Before him, it was Call of Duty: Vanguard who had this record, also developed by Sledgehammer Games.

THE FPS to World War II had disappointed players and criticsobtaining an average of 73/100 on Metacritic. Despite the very mixed feedback from fans and the specialized press, the game still sold very well. At least that’s what it says Brian Hongstrategy consultant at Roughmint at that time and who participated in the social media strategy for Activision to reach more players. A mission visibly successful, because according to Brian Hong, Call of Duty: Vanguard has reportedly sold more than 30 million copies! For the worst CoD from this era, it’s not bad at all.

The information should be taken with a grain of salt, because Activision Or Sledgehammer Games have not confirmed this CoD: Vanguard sales figure. Concerning Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, the studios have again not communicated on sales, contenting themselves with sharing timid records, but it is a safe bet that it too has sold several tens of millions of copies. You can also find the FPS from €41.50 on Amazon, Cdiscount And there Fnac.
