If life seemed peaceful enough in the city of Al Mazrah through the Battle Royale Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, it was without counting on the arrival… cheaters ! Yes, unfortunately, these seem to be back but not with wallhacks or other AIM Bots, no no. The latter take themselves for Harry Potter and fly in the sky of Al Mazrah with the help of flying boats!
Cheaters back in Warzone 2.0
Since the launch of Warzone 2.0 on November 16, it must be said that cheaters are much less numerous than what we have been able to experience with Warzone first of the name through Verdansk and Caldera. If RICOCHET finally seems to have its effect, there are still a few smart guys who manage to get around the anti-cheat system put in place by Activision, and they are quite imaginative…
After motorcycles falling from the sky in Verdansk, or flying cars in Caldera, now make way for the flying boats in Al Mazrah, this hack also known as Harry Potter (reference to the famous wizard and his flying broom). It is indeed on the Reddit social network that a player and user by the name of Co2Scorpick posted a video in which we see a boat in the air, then trying to come and crush it.
Luckily for him, the two men aboard the floating ship failed to kill him!
Still on Reddit, another player posted a video a little less happy for once. In the latter, we are also dealing with a boat, except that the latter manages to land the player by the name of SandmanDr3am3r. The scene is totally absurd, so much so that players who don’t like cheaters (and we understand them) find the situation almost funny if we believe the comments.
An update coming soon
Anyway, the flying boats will not last long in Al Mazrah since it must be said that the developers are quite responsive enough. Nevertheless, do they risk a real ban or simply a warning in view of the facts? Nothing is less sure…
Warzone 2.0 should soon welcome a new update with a corrections patch. Indeed, the Battle Royale still presents some problems, with not only the flying cheaters but also all the problems that we all know: server stability, buggy loot, chat problem etc.
