What is a calorie table?

By the way, there are different calorie tables: Nutritionists like to use a table in which the kcal and ingredients per 100g are listed. For: the normal consumer: in most cases, however, a calorie table is sufficient, in which the calorie content per serving is shown. Ideally, the calories (or kilojoules) and fat, protein and carbohydrates are given in grams.

Important is: The calculator helps to recognize fatty food in order to practice a healthy diet with fruits and vegetables – however, it should not determine the eating behavior!

How do you use the calorie table correctly?
