This Monday, February 28, Camille Santoro (Large families, life in XXL) shared with her subscribers on Instagram a daily experience that she lived rather badly: a shopping trip that turned into a nightmare.
A week after confiding on Instagram that her daughter Emie was subject to a disorder of the immune system, Camille Santoro shared another bad news with her subscribers. On Monday, February 28, the mother of this small tribe seemed overwhelmed in an Instagram story, following an outing to the supermarket with five of her six children.
Speaking to parents who follow her on social media, she expressed her distress in an uninhibited tone : “Don’t feel alone. I know why I never do it and I don’t know what got into me today. I went shopping with the five […] They put me through hell. So don’t think you’re the only one your kids aren’t listening to when you go shopping. When the week starts like this…” confided the young mother on video.
For better and for worse !
Leaving to do the shopping accompanied by five of his children: Alba, Mattia, Maé, Emie and Nino, the Santoro couple quickly became disillusioned. Family shopping turned into a fiasco when the youngest kids decided to give their parents a hard time, including Alba, 11 months, and twins Mattia and Maé, barely 4 years old. Camille Santoro even ended up leave the supermarket with the children, to let her husband Nicolas finish the shopping. “I abandoned my husband at the checkout, I came home with the children. As we were two cars apart, he will finish the races without me. It will avoid a public display. I’m out of lipstick, that’s to say” said the mum at the end of her tether.
At the end of the day, the Santoro parents testified to their tired in a new video. “We are torn, the children got the better of us today.” they announced while yawning. And because each day has enough trouble, we hope that their night was restful. One thing is sure, they are not likely to repeat this type of family outing anytime soon!
