Or is it reserved for companies and associations? This would then allow us to donate the height of this collection of pennies.

Good news: the deposit of money, including coins, is not reserved for professionals: individual customers can deposit them into their account in their bank. At Credit Agricole, similar answer, but be careful: the procedure can change from one regional fund to another! In Ille-et-Vilaine, for example, pouches are provided and customers deposit change in bulk.
