For the 2020-2021 back-to-school period, it will be necessary to respect the school instruction obligation incumbent on parents of children aged 3 to 16, by registering in an establishment or via home instruction. "
For parents who have chosen to send their child to school at home, home schooling must be "Imperatively accompanied by a registration in a public or private distance education organization declared to the National Education. Parents must also notify the mayor and the academic inspectorate and receive a certificate of National Education in return. "
