Google Workspace includes Gmail, Calendar, Meet and many other Google services. Here we show you how to cancel your subscription.
Previously Google Workspace was under the name G suite known. Initially, Google only made the service available to companies. Since mid-2021, private users with a free Google account have also been able to book Google Workspace. With the new Google Workspace Individual subscription model, even small companies or individuals can take out a subscription at a reasonable price. Google Workspace offers the functionality and reliability of Gmail, but with your company’s domain name. For employees, it offers the same user experience to which they are already accustomed, making it easier to switch between personal and work mail accounts. Cancel Google Workspace: How to cancel your membership
As a customer of Google Workspace, you can use the service cancel at any time. Google offers you the possibility easily via the usual website. The membership will then be terminated immediately in accordance with the terms and conditions. To do this, proceed as follows:
- Sign in to Google Admin.
- Click on the field “Invoice” and then up “Manage Subscriptions”.
- From the list of subscriptions, select the Google Workspace subscription.
- Click “Cancel Subscriptions” and confirms this with “Continue”.
Problems with cancellation?
If you do not receive a confirmation of cancellation by email, you can contact support via Google Admin. To do this, you have to log in again and press the question mark in the upper right corner. A help window should appear with the words “Contact Support”. If it is not possible to register, you will find further options available to you in the FAQ.
