Primastrom is a Berlin provider for cheap Electricity and gas tariffs. But you can also find attractive mobile phone and DSL packages on the Primastrom homepage. This is how you cancel your Primastrom tariff
It doesn’t matter whether you cancel an electricity, gas or mobile phone tariff with Primastrom, the easiest way to cancel is to go to the customer service area on the Primastrom homepage and then go to “reason for contact“. Here you select the corresponding tariff that you want to cancel. Once you have done that, a appears drop down menu, in which different question areas appear. Now click on “All about the contract” and then on “Request a confirmation of cancellation”. In the field “Your message” you formulate a letter of resignationwhich should definitely contain the following information:
- name and address
- customer number
- depending on the contract category, the current meter number

The notice period at Primastrom
