“Finally there is light on the horizon”

Patrice Aminati has shared good news. “I finally have hope,” she writes on Instagram about her battle with cancer.
Patrice Aminati (29) has been battling cancer for over a year. Now she is optimistic in a new Instagram post. There, the wife of presenter Daniel Aminati (50) explains: “You know that I have developed metastases in many organs… some are palpable, others are visible in the CT scan. My body is a map with dark spots.” She also reports on a skin metastasis on her stomach, “which I felt, touched and saw growing larger and larger, the growing elevation of which made me sweat with fear for weeks.” She wanted to have this “piece of visible enemy” cut out “with all her desperation.”
“The road is still long…”
Aminati went on to explain: “The doctors advised me against surgical removal because, if the new therapy works, it would be a good seismograph for the success of the therapy.” Now the skin metastasis on her stomach is gone, she is happy. “It’s really gone… I can hardly believe it, and yet I do – the therapy is working… The latest PET MRI confirms this.” The side effects of the therapy cannot be ignored – “dear sufferers, you know exactly what I’m talking about.” Patrice Aminati added: “The road is still long… I’m continuing down this path… but finally there is light on the horizon, finally I have hope.”
In the post, Patrice Aminati thanks everyone for their support and closes the post with the words: “To all those affected, all relatives… stay strong, be brave, stick together.”
Daniel and Patrice Aminati have been married for two years
Daniel and Patrice Aminati met in 2018 and married in April 2022. Their daughter was born in August 2022. In spring 2023, Patrice Aminati was diagnosed with skin cancer. In March 2024, the couple made public that metastases had formed in the lungs.
