Cannes Film Festival 2022: Vincent Lindon, first Frenchman to chair the jury since 2009

At his side, eight members of the jury: Ladj Ly, French director and screenwriter (Wretched), British-American actress Rebecca Hall (The Town), Deepika Padukone, Indian actress and model (Padmaavat), Noomi Rapace, Swedish actress (Millennium), Jasmine Trinca (My Wife’s Story), Italian actress, Asghar Farhadi, Iranian director and producer (A separation), Jeff Nichols, (mud) American screenwriter and Joachim Trier, Norwegian director and screenwriter (Julie in 12 chapters). Vincent Langdon will therefore be very well supported.

The actor has already been awarded the interpretation prize at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival and the César for best actor in 2016 for his role in the film The law of the market .
