Corona reminder and a joke

Hollywood star Jodie Foster was honored with a golden palm for her life’s workt. The actress, director and producer, who came to Cannes as a teenager to present Martin Scorsese (78) “Taxi Driver” (1976) said: “It feels good to get out. Many of us have been locked up for a year, spent in isolation, faced with worry and agony. “

In a lighter tone she added according to “Le Figaro” added: “I also missed the glamor. But I promise that in two hours I’ll be in my pajamas before Spain-Italy.” She was referring to the European Football Championship game of the evening and her very casual outfit at the Golden Globes last spring.
