We often talk about the potential impact of artificial intelligence on employment in the near future. But this is not the only area in which technological advances could have an unprecedented impact on workers: a tool like Hadrian X next-gen from the firm FBR could push many workers and masons towards the exit. It is in fact a mobile robot capable of creating houses in just a few days, according to the company responsible for its marketing. Less costs certainly, but also inevitably fewer employees…

Less than two days to build a house?

Certainly, it will be necessary to have workers to manage the machine and feed the conveyor belt located at the back of the brick truck, but overall, the labor required should be greatly reduced by the employment of ‘such a tool.
