Capcom announces Street Fighter League Pro Europe 2022 (dates, format, trailer)

Luffy, Mister Crimson or even MQS will participate in the very first Street Fighter League Pro Europe, with 24 players competing from October 2022.

After the American editions since 2019 and Japanese since 2020, Capcom kicks off Street Fighter League Pro this year in Europe in 2022. For the first time on the EU stage, players will compete in Street Fighter V starting on October 10, 2022in an official competition organized by the Japanese studio.

Six teams of four players will face each other in the game’s Champion Edition (Season 5), with broadcasts every Monday at 8 p.m. on the Capcomfighters2 Twitch channel and the Capcom France Youtube. The 24 players compete for 17 weeks. The team captains will be: Luffy (France), Mister Crimson (France), Phenom (Norway), ProblemX (United Kingdom), MQS (UK) and Vegapatch (Spain).

The winners will be able to obtain a sesame to join the SF World Championship, and face the winners of the SFL US and Japan in 2023. A total cash prize of €75,000 is also expected for the winners and finalists.
