Capelli, a European real estate developer, announces today that it has obtained the amending building permit for its exceptional project “Scène des loges” located at 29 quai de Grenelle – Paris 15th. After the acquisition of the premises from the Renault Group on December 1, 2021, then the obtaining last August of the building permit and the amending permit adapting the product to the first customers in March, this is a new key stage which marks the acceleration of this emblematic rehabilitation project in the heart of the capital. Currently in the consultation and marketing phase, the Capelli Group is thus entering the home stretch before the start of the works scheduled for next September.
Located on the banks of the Seine, just a few hundred meters from the Eiffel Tower, the Scène des Loges program concerns the conversion of a former car garage with eight levels of superstructure into a residential and commercial volume.
Entrusted to the Capelli Group by the City of Paris as part of the “Reinventing Paris 3″ call for projects, the Scène des Loges program will make it possible to transform offices into housing and thus foreshadows what the reconstruction of the ” city on the city”.
This real estate operation of 7,720 m2 of floor area will include in particular 84 housing units and shops at the foot of the building.
The marketing of the “Scène des Loges” program is currently led by the Capelli Group, which also relies on renowned partners including Barnes, Knight Frank and the Kretz agency, a specialist in luxury real estate.
The start of construction work on this project, for which the consultation phase is currently underway, is scheduled for September 2023. It represents potential revenue of more than 100 million euros for the Capelli Group.
