(Boursier.com) — Capelli achieves for the whole of the 2022-2023 financial year a turnover of 202 million euros (unaudited) down from the previous financial year which amounted to 290.3 ME.
Activity in France stands at 145.9 ME (215.1 ME last year) and international activity (Switzerland and Luxembourg) represents 56.2 ME (75 ME in 2021-2022) .
Consequently, the group will announce a net loss for the whole financial yearbut should remain operationally profitable.
For the months to come, in a more diffuse real estate market which should remain weak, the Group will continue to focus its strategy on programs subject to block sales. The share of the backlog with institutions represents 80%. In France, this proportion is 85%.
The Backlog amounts to 580 ME, including 454 ME in block. The level of commercialization of the programs represents more than 92% of the lots reserved or recorded.
Around 1,500 housing units should be delivered over the year.
