(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on March 20, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Capgemini and held 5 .0004% of the capital and voting rights of the IT services group.
The American asset manager specifies that this crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Capgemini shares off and on the market, as well as an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
