(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on February 6, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Capgemini and held 5 .02% of the capital and voting rights of the IT services group.
The American asset management behemoth explains that this crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Capgemini shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
