(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under management, declared that it crossed upwards, on November 17, 2022, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Capgemini and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 8,961,476 Capgemini shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.20% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an increase in the number of Capgemini shares held as collateral.
