(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under management, declared that it crossed upwards, on March 23, 2023, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Capgemini and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 8,706,065 Capgemini shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.02% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Capgemini shares on the market and an increase in the number of Capgemini shares held as collateral.
