(CercleFinance.com) – The American company Massachusetts Financial Services Company, acting on behalf of clients and funds which it manages, declared that it crossed upwards, on September 19, 2023, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and of the voting rights of the company CapGemini and hold 8,755,372 Capgemini shares representing as many voting rights, or 5.04% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Capgemini shares on the market.
