PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–Digital services company Capgemini announced on Monday that it has reached an agreement to acquire Chappuis Halder & Cie, a strategy and management consulting firm specializing in the financial services sector.
No amount related to this transaction has been disclosed.
Chappuis Halder & Cie is based in Luxembourg and employs 150 people. The firm “has built a reputation in the financial services industry for transformation, finance, risk and compliance,” Capgemini said in a statement.
