A show not to be missed! This Sunday, February 27, 2022, Julien Courbet will present a new issue of Capital. This time, the show will focus on the following theme: Small traders: fortune around the corner. Two Sundays a month Capital airs three reports. In the first, titled Pastry chefs: does our delicacy make their fortune?, the show’s teams followed pastry chef Aurélien Cohen who embarked on online cooking training with the help of Ava and Charles, a former finalist on the show The Best Pastry Chef in 2018. While in three years, nearly a hundred bakeries have lowered the curtain in Paris, the young man who has more than 200,000 subscribers on Instagram is thus very present online. To follow one of its training courses, you will have to pay 297 euros.

For their part, Charles and Ava, 26, sell training courses between 75 and 400 euros on the Internet. Having just made 72 sales, the young man said: “So, there, in five minutes, we have just generated 10,000 euros in turnover.“For his part, Aurélien Cohen has already received nearly 30,000 euros after the launch of his online training.”To have this additional opportunity which in the end fell just right when I opened my shop where I have the most possible investments, it’s a nice inflow of money, it’s cash, there is no loss. It is an investment in time, but which is largely profitable“, he confided.

Capital’s second report is entitled: Terroir and fun: the great return of the gourmet halls. Long outdated, the halls bringing together food trades and producers are now on the rise! The third report Independents versus franchisees: the secret wars of your shopping streetswill follow the daily life of Christelle, an independent florist who tries to stand out by focusing on high-end and original floral services.
