In September 2021, Cardi B became a mother for the second time. Now she published the first pictures of her son.
Rapper Cardi B (29) is a proud mother of two. Together with rapper Offset (30), she welcomed her first son into the world last September. So far, the couple has kept the little one’s name private. Now it published this together with cute first photos on social media.
On Thursday, the 29-year-old posted two pictures of the offspring on Instagram. In the photos he is wearing a light blue training set combined with a matching anorak with a fur hood and a striking large silver necklace with a pendant. Cardi B captioned the post with dinosaur, wave and teddy bear emojis, hinting at the little one’s name.
Because to another photo of the little one – this time in a bathtub – Father Offset revealed the boy’s name: Wave Set Cephus. Cephus is the surname of the rapper whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus. Also in the photo, the toddler is wearing eye-catching silver chains and a glittering earring. Numerous fans commented that Wave looks confusingly similar to his bigger sister Kulture (3).
Cardi B is happy with her ‘patch work family’
The musicians then published a series of family photos also on their Instagram accounts. The couple posed for Essence magazine with their two children together, as well as Offset’s older sons, Jordan and Kody, and daughter Kalea. Cardi B captioned the photos, “I love having a big family with all our kids and I’m grateful that we are making our blended family work.”
on Instagram made Cardi B public last Septemberthat she and her husband Offset have become parents again. The rapper and her colleague have been married since 2017 and have their daughter Kulture. Cardi B wanted to divorce Offset in 2020, but later said divorce was off the table. Wave is Offset’s fifth child from four relationships.
