Carla Bruni “forced to stop drinking”: her husband, Nicolas Sarkozy, supports her in her approach

At Rose’s microphone, Carla Bruni admitted to having “suffered from all addictions”. “I started with sugar, very very very diligentlyshe explained. I was not supervised so from childhood, I had to drink 30 or 40 Coca Cola a day. And I didn’t eat a normal meal, I only ate lozenges, boxes of Valda. I started with that. And then, very very quickly tobacco, which is in my family so they couldn’t tell me anything. And then the alcohol. I didn’t talk much about drugs, because in fact, I don’t really like getting into trouble.“

Carla Bruni has a habit of drinking “a small beer“, for example, before going on stage. But less and less.”I like sweet intoxication, she recalled. The problem is that since I’m an addict, I don’t stop at sweet intoxication. So now I have to give up alcohol. I practically stopped smoking. And I have the impression, at 55, of having been a 14-year-old idiot who knew nothing and now I know everything.“

She is supported in her business by her faithful husband, our former President of the Republic Nicolas Sarkozy. “He helps me stop because he doesn’t drinkunderlined Carla Bruni.
