Carpinienne de Participations: in cessation of payment

(Boursier.com) — Rally and its parent companies Foncière Euris, Finatis and Euris have taken note of the effective completion of the financial restructuring of Casino which was carried out on March 27, 2024. Following this restructuring, Rallye holds approximately 0.1% of the capital of Casino and therefore lost control. Rallye and its parent companies Foncière Euris, Finatis and Euris therefore requested the resolution of their safeguard plans and the opening of judicial liquidation proceedings. In this context, the safeguard plans of each of these companies will be terminated.

Carpinienne of Participationswhose resources essentially depend on its parent company Finatis and whose main asset is a 5.14% stake in the company Foncière Euris, is in cessation of payments as of March 28, 2024.

On March 28, Carpinienne de Participations requested the opening of judicial liquidation proceedings.

The Carpinienne de Participations company will request the suspension of the trading of its shares, from the opening of the judicial liquidation procedure. It is not envisaged that trading will resume. The shares are expected to be delisted as part of the compulsory liquidation proceedings.
