(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on February 1, the threshold of 5% of the capital of Carrefour and holds 5.10% of the capital and 4.10% of the voting rights of the French retail giant.
The American asset management juggernaut explains that this threshold crossing is the result of an acquisition of Carrefour shares off and on the market, as well as an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
