PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–The mass distribution group Carrefour announced Tuesday evening that it is continuing its international expansion with the signing of a partnership with the Czech store chain JIP Retail.
According to this partnership, JIP Retail will now distribute “a wide assortment of Carrefour products” throughout its network, within the main “food and non-food” categories, the French distributor indicated in a press release.
The arrival of Carrefour products on the Czech market is only the first step. The two partners plan to launch Carrefour brands in the JIP Retail local network in 2024.
