The CEO of the Casino distribution group Jean-Charles Naouri is under investigation for domestic violence after his wife filed a complaint, AFP learned on Thursday from concordant sources.
This complaint “for acts of psychological violence” was filed on February 1 in a Paris police station, divested on Wednesday for the benefit of the Hauts-de-Seine territorial security investigators, according to a source close to the investigation.

Jean-Charles Naouri, aged 72, has been CEO of the Casino group since March 2005 and majority shareholder. Enarque, Inspector of Finance, he was director of cabinet to Pierre Bérégovoy, at the Ministry of Social Affairs and then at the Economy and Budget, from 1982 to 1986.
