(CercleFinance.com) – The group announces extending to Friday October 13, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. (CET) the deadline for adhering to the agreement entitled lock-up agreement relating to its financial restructuring concluded on October 5, 2023, in order to benefit from the membership fee for the Lock-up Agreement (regarding unsecured creditors and TSSDI holders exclusively) and the right to subscribe to the guaranteed capital increase of 275 million euros.
This extension aims to respond to technical requests.
