(CercleFinance.com) – Casino announces the launch of a buyback offer targeting all of its EMTN 2023 bond series (€189.7 million) maturing on January 25, 2023, an operation which will be financed by means of funds available on the distribution group’s escrow account.
The buyback offer is launched at par in an ‘any and all’ format under which all bonds validly tendered to the offer will be accepted for buyback. The offer starts this Friday and is scheduled to close on November 4 at 17:00 CET.
