(Boursier.com) — Casino is continuing to sell assets in order to strengthen its liquidity. To this end, the distributor announces the launch of the sale of its residual stake in Assaí, i.e. 57,582,850 shares, representing 11.7% of the capital of the Brazilian group.
This transfer will be carried out by the constitution of an accelerated order book executed by the São Paulo stock exchange (B3), in accordance with the rules in force on this market place. Casino will communicate later on the result of this placement.
