A Casino supermarket
Casino announced on Monday the sale of the balance of its 10.15% stake in GreenYellow for 46 million euros after having concluded an agreement with Ardian at Bpifrance.
According to the agreement, the amounts owed between Casino and GreenYellow, after the sale of supermarkets and hypermarkets in France to Groupement Les Mousquetaires and Auchan, will be paid, the group explained in a press release.
The net proceeds from this sale are expected to amount to approximately 46 million euros and the transaction is expected to be completed before the end of May.
