(CercleFinance.com) – Casino announces the success of the bond buyback offer launched on October 28 on its bonds maturing in January 2023, with the early redemption and cancellation of all the bonds tendered for a total of 154 millions of euros.
The settlement-delivery of this transaction is expected in the coming days. It will be financed by means of funds available in the escrow account dedicated to the repayment of unsecured debt, the balance of which will be 35.7 million at the end of the operation.
