(CercleFinance.com) – Cast indicates that Financière Da Vinci, a company controlled by the BDC IV FPCI fund managed by the management company Bridgepoint SAS and the company BDC IV Sàrl affiliated with Bridgepoint SAS, acquired on 7 September off-market from several shareholders 1,324,640 shares Cast.
These acquisitions, representing 7.24% of the share capital, were made at a price of 7.55 euros per share, i.e. the price offered to shareholders within the framework of the draft simplified tender offer filed by Financière Da Vinci with of the AMF on August 31.
Following these acquisitions, carried out within the framework of the regulations applicable to public offers, Financière Da Vinci currently holds 13,548,461 Cast shares, i.e. 74.04% of the share capital and 70.33% of the voting rights.
