Since it was announced that Catherine, Princess of Wales, will be taking part in the Trooping the Colour parade, the anticipation has grown immeasurably. She is making her public comeback in a breathtaking outfit.
It is the sight that everyone has been waiting for: After an operation and the discovery of her cancer, Catherine, Princess of Wales, 42, to the world for the first time this year. She is taking part in the “Trooping the Colour” birthday parade in honor of her father-in-law, King Charles, 75. She announced this on June 14 with a personal message. Since then, royal fans can hardly wait to catch a glimpse of the wife of Prince William, 41. When she is finally spotted in the glass carriage, her look does not disappoint.

Kate is first photographed in the limousine next to Prince George and Prince William in a white dress with square shoulders. The narrow black collar is decorated with a bow that is color-coordinated in black and white stripes. Not only because of the rainy weather, but also because of the elegant look, she combines it with a white hat by Philip Treacy with a large feather that sits diagonally on her head. This reveals the princess’ hairstyle: she wears her long, brown hair braided up. On the left side she wears the regimental brooch of the Irish Guards – Kate has been honorary colonel of the first battalion of the Irish Guards since last year.

Kate wowed in this outfit in 2023
At last year’s parade, Kate paid homage to her then-new role as Honorary Colonel of the First Battalion of the Irish Guards. The elegant coat dress by Andrew Gn was striking in Irish green, with the straight cut and nine-row button placket being particular highlights of her look.

Philip Treacy’s hat with bow was also colour-coordinated, but it was the elegant jewellery that particularly caught the eye in 2023. Drop-shaped sapphire earrings, which were once She combined the earrings that belonged to Lady Diana with the gold cloverleaf brooch from Cartier – also a symbol of her position as honorary colonel.
