It’s only been a few days since James Middleton and his wife Alizee Thevenet were spotted with a stroller. Not only did they share the happy news about the birth of their first child, but they also revealed another luxurious detail.

It’s news that shouldn’t just please the Middletons: Besides Pippa Middleton, 40, and Catherine, Princess of Wales, 41, the youngest offspring of Carole, 68, and Michael Middleton, 74, also had children for the first time. This was revealed by photos showing James Middleton, 36, and his wife Alizee Thevenet, 33, strolling with a stroller in Notting Hill.

James Middleton: He became a father for the first time

Shortly afterwards, the official confirmation on Instagram followed: “I was not prepared for the overwhelming emotions of meeting Inigo for the first time or the love for my beloved Alizée when we became three”; writes James there. In addition to the son’s name, another detail has now come to light, a few days after the birth: Kate’s gift to her youngest brother.

Catherine, Princess of Wales: She gave this to her brother for the birth of his first son

According to Hello, the stroller in the photo is a model, a navy blue Silver Cross stroller – identical to the one Catherine once used when Prince George, 10, was born. The Silver Cross Sleepover Elegance is considered the “Rolls-Royce of strollers” and has a quilted faux leather exterior. It comes complete with a super cozy stroller insert and a breathable mattress. The model costs around 800 euros.

Kate owns another luxury stroller model

The luxurious buggy is not the only Silver Cross model that the Princess of Wales owns. At the christening of Princess Charlotte, 8, in Sandringham, Norfolk, in 2015, the princess was also seen pushing a €1,800 Silver Cross Balmoral buggy. The late Diana, Princess of Wales also owned Silver Cross strollers for her sons Prince William, 41, and Prince Harry, 39, when they were babies.
