Now they were finally able to provide this to the 32-year-old influencer – not personally, but via Instagram. In Cathy's new section "Plain text with Cathy Hummels", her fans are free to ask any of their burning questions. And Cathy then answers them via video on her channel. The first episode of the mini series is about healthy eating – and the fit Cathy has a lot to say.
"This is not a sure-fire success"
"It's really hard work. I have a child, I will be 32 and that is not a sure-fire success," Cathy reveals. Nevertheless, she has a few tips and tricks that will help her to keep her slim figure completely on refined sugar and consumes little carbohydrates. If she likes bread, she turns to a dark one. In addition, she is currently trying the 18: 6 diet, which means: she is hungry for 18 hours and is only allowed in the following 6 hours Eating food, really hard! Before that, she had even been on the 20: 4 diet, but she only kept it up for a short time, she admits.
And what if the cravings come? Then (but of course only in the six-hour window) Cathy sniffs a little something in between. Your secret favorite snacks: homemade power balls or an apple. As I said: your fit body does not come from anywhere. Cathy is aware of how much she gives for her slim figure and she also knows that not everyone wants to do this effort. In the end, Cathy wants to give her followers a message: "Love yourself! Because everyone is different and everyone is beautiful." Amen!
