Germany will meet England in the European Football Championship on Tuesday. Cathy Hummels is throwing a little party.

Cathy Hummels (33) and son Ludwig (3) cheer on the German DFB-Elf in today’s European Championship round of 16 against England. Husband, dad and defense chief Mats Hummels (32), who has been married to Cathy since 2015, naturally wants to get ahead with the team – and his wife wants that too. In her Instagram stories she showsthat she is planning a “party with lots of sushi and decorations” to cheer her husband on.

So not many guests will come to their “little soccer party”. “We are four girls and Ludwig,” explains the 33-year-old. You will “fully, fully, fully support the team” – and with that, of course, Hummels’ husband Mats as well. In keeping with the football theme of the small celebration, there are cups, plates and serviettes in the German colors.

How is the game going?

The outfit for the evening must of course also be right. With a dark skirt, Cathy Hummels wears a DFB jersey with her husband’s number on the back, a headband in black, red and gold and socks. Ludwig will also wear a small jersey that the influencer had flocked especially for her son before the game against Portugal.

Hummels also gave a tip on the final result for the game Germany against England. She is already nervous. “I want victory,” she writes in a story. Hummels is certain: “I think it will be a 3-0 win for Germany.”
