CBo Territoria announces the signature of a strategic partnership with Ilop Réunion on its Outdoor activities
CBo Territoria announces that it has signed an agreement with Ilop Réunion, represented by Stéphane André, aimed at the acquisition by the latter of 40% of the Group’s Outdoor activities, of which he has been Director since 2007. Stéphane André is the founder of Ilop Réunion, a company of events and communication, in charge in particular of the communication of the Grand Raid. This capital operation testifies to the confidence of the two partners in the development of the leisure activities of the CBo Territoria Group.
As a reminder, the Outdoor activities include the operation of the following three event sites:

The Bassin Bleu Country Club (BBCC) is the

one of the two 18-hole golf courses on the island renowned for its technicality. With a sports and events complex, it is located on the heights of the seaside resort of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains on the west coast

). With 600 members and a dynamic golf school, the BBCC also offers a wide variety of additional offers: professional events, seminars, aquabiking, wellness center and of course catering. Open to all, the restaurant enjoys a panoramic view between ocean and mountains. Located 5 minutes from the Route des Tamarins (4 lanes that connects the north and south of the island), the BBCC is one of the flagship event sites in Reunion. Le Jardin d’Eden, Reunion’s first ethnobotanical and event garden located in the heart of the seaside resort of St-Gilles l’Ermitage

). Created in 1991 by Philippe Kauffmant, an agricultural engineer with a passion for botany, the developed park is today a lush exotic garden comprising more than 600 species. Educational place for the whole family, the Garden presents the endemic plant species of Reunion around educational trails also integrating typical animal species (chameleon, tengue, but also an educational area on beekeeping).

Located at the entrance to the sustainable city of Beauséjour, CBo Territoria has transformed a rainwater management constraint in a tropical environment by developing a golf practice on the city’s storm basin allowing golfers from the north of the island to practice their sport. Previously fully consolidated, the Outdoor division will be accounted for using the equity method in the accounts of June 30, 2022 with effect from June 1.

The result of these activities, consisting mainly of revenue, payroll and operating expenses, will henceforth be presented in the line of the income statement “Results of companies accounted for using the equity method”, which will allow better readability of the results of the Land and Promotion.
