CBO Territoria: small drop in turnover in 2022

(Boursier.com) — CBO Territory generates a solid turnover of 82.1 million euros for 2022 (82.6 ME in 2021). It is down slightly by 0.6%.

In 2022, gross rental income from CBo Territoria’s tertiary economic assets increased by +9.1% to €23.8 million and by +9.7% (excluding SME) including +5.3% scope effect (including + 4.8% to the full-year effect of the Port retail park delivered in April 2021), +3.4% to the impact of indexation and +1% linked in particular to dynamic commercial activity in retail, such as in the office. The occupancy rate of the economic portfolio reached 98%, compared to 97% at the end of 2021.

In 2022, revenue from Residential development is virtually stable, driven by the sale of building plots with high added value for €18.7 million. Turnover from Tertiary property development, an opportunistic activity, amounts to 11.8 ME, and mainly concerns the progress of the VEFA of the EPSMR offices in La Mare (Sainte-Marie) which will be delivered in the 1st quarter of 2023, and the sale of 2 building plots within the Actis tertiary sector in Sainte-Marie and La Possession. Following the sale of 40% of the Outdoor Division, the turnover of other activities (provision of real estate services and coworking under the Lizine brand) amounts to 1.3 ME in 2022 (1.2 ME one year more early, up +4.1%).
