A tragedy that marked his life. The new stage expression teacher of the star Academy, Cécile Chaduteau spoke with an open heart during a long interview with Paris Match, this Friday, December 22. There, the day before the premiere, a dress rehearsal took place, and lead dancer falls and sprains“explained Cécile Chaduteau.
An accident which allowed him to join the troop. “I found myself thrown on stage the day of the premiere with zero dress rehearsals, with my lover Pierre, as a duo, so magnificent“, she added to our colleagues. Unfortunately, this memory became particularly painful. And for good reason: the dancer lost his life in a terrible plane crash. “I was really moved and honored to be able to dance Don Quixote with my lover, who unfortunately, two and a half months later, was killed in a plane crash“she concluded, upset.

Cécile Chaduteau was a dancer with Kamel Ouali
If Cécile Chaduteau was able to dance for Rudolf Nureyev, she also worked with other great choreographers, including Kamel Ouali. In the early 2000s, Kim’s mother had the honor of performing the choreographies of the former dance teacher. “It’s one of my fondest career memories.”, she assured during a press point organized on October 4 at the Seine Musicale (Boulogne Billancourt). After this extraordinary experience, the dancer diversified and directed the choreographies of the shows Charlie and the chocolate factory, Flash dance And Holidays.
