Cedric her husband indicted for “aggravated murder”

The man has been in custody since June 16, 2021. He denies any responsibility for the disappearance of his wife Delphine.

Arrested and placed in police custody on June 16, Cédric Jubillar was indicted on Friday June 18, 2021 for “aggravated murder” on his wife by the investigating judges. His mother and stepfather, also in police custody, were able to return home.
This ground of accusation leads to life imprisonment. The man still denies his involvement in the disappearance of his wife in December 2020 in Cagnac les Mines in the Tarn. The young mother had vanished into nature, without papers or money, leaving her two small children behind.
