New revelations concerning Cédric Jubillar were made in the Code Source program, broadcast by Le Parisien a few days ago.
They were shocked. Delphine Jubillar has not been found since December 16, 2020. The young woman disappeared in Cagnac-les-Mines in the Tarn and did not give no sign of life since. The search continues but no clue has revealed what could have happened to him. The main suspect, Cédric Jubillar, has been indicted for “intentional spousal homicide“on June 18, 2021. It does not stop claiming your innocence and has been incarcerated in Toulouse-Seysses prison ever since. As reported Code Source, a podcast released by Le Parisien a few days ago, the father of the family made some rather shocking remarks. “His fellow prisoners explained that he regularly speaks ill of Delphine Jubillar“, it was first revealed. An attitude that has not gone unnoticed. “He talks about it in very contemptuous terms, he calls him “the other”, he uses negative terms and insults, sometimes very vulgar words which shock the fellow prisoners who are not, however, altar boys.“, is it then explained. As a reminder, at the time of their separation, Cédric and Delphine Jubillar were in divorce proceedings. The young woman had rebuilt her life, which was not the case of her husband, who did everything to win her back. Has he thus committed the irreparable? He remains presumed innocent of the charges against him.
He had justified himself. On October 15, Cédric Jubillar was heard before the bar of the Palais de Justice in Toulouse last October 15. It had been reported that he would have made death threats vis-à-vis Delphine Jubillar. “I’m sick of it, I’m going to kill her, I’m going to bury her, no one will find her.” he would have said in front of his mother. Words that the father of the family wanted to mention during his first hearing. “I was angry, they were words thrown in the air”, he assured. He later clarified:Yeah, I was fed up. I was struggling on all fronts, the children, the housework, the food, the outdoors.” According to him, the 33-year-old nurse was not helping him much. “I was all alone doing everything, so when I said that, I was angry, I was venting“, he defended himself before specifying: “Like I told you, I’m the fool“. During the investigation, numerous testimonies indicating that Cédric Jubillar was verbally abusive emerged. Only three days before the disappearance of the young woman, he had said: “It’s not going well, I want to kill her“. For his part, the father of the family had justified himself: “When I say things, I don’t beat around the bush. I don’t have a strong language like some people or like you. I have more disagreeable and meaner terms”, had he concluded.
Delphine Jubillar: did she leave of her own free will?
Since the start of this investigation, those close to Delphine Jubillar have assured that she would not be never left of his own free will, leaving her children. Jean-Baptiste Alary, one of Cédric Jubillar’s lawyers, assures us that the voluntary departure track, often set aside, was in fact important. “The gendarmes did not do any research on it, but we have testimony to that effect”, he revealed in the columns of the New Detective on January 26. “At 6 a.m. that night, an ambulance driver saw a woman in a white down jacket walking along the road“, he concluded. To date, the search to find Delphine Jubillar has not been conclusive and the young woman is still untraceable.
