Incarcerated since June 18, 2021 in the Seysses remand center, in Haute-Garonne, Cédric Jubillar is far from playing it discreet. Already suspected of having sent one of his former cellmates, Marco*, to move the body of his wife, Delphine Jubillar, the 34-year-old Tarnais now turns out to have contacts with the outside world. According Le Figarowhich unveiled the last part of its investigation on Thursday July 21 Cédric and Delphine Jubillar, at the origins of a cursed idyll, the husband of the disappeared would have solicited, from his cell, the help of a stranger for a very particular mission.
“Starting from the streets of Cagnac-les-Mines, the affair quickly spread on the social networks of each camp.“, explain our colleagues from Figaro. “A group in support of Cédric was created at the beginning of 2021 by a foreigner on file, Régis M.” Seeing that there were individuals outside who believed his version of events, Cédric Jubillar decided to get in touch with this Régis. Interviewed by the investigators, the latter reveals that the plasterer would have asked him to be “his eyes on social networks so that he is informed about what is being said about him”.

Since then, the Facebook page created by Régis has been deleted. Cédric Jubillar remains incarcerated in Haute-Garonne, still suspected of having murdered his wife before hiding her body on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020, in Cagnac-les-Mines. Last June, investigators from the Toulouse research section launched new excavations in the Saint-Dalmaze cemetery, located less than two kilometers from the Jubillar’s home, at 19 rue Yves Montand. These have so far produced no results.
