Cédric Mimouni appointed head of Xbox France, Ina Gelbert leaves Microsoft

Ina started her career at Xbox France as a platform lead (after 2 years managing commercial relations with Micromania on behalf of Microsoft FR) and was promoted to Xbox France Lead in 2019. During these 4 years at the head of Xbox France, she launched the new generation of Xbox in 2020 with the Xbox Series X & S and truly represented the brand through our local events such as Paris Games Week or the Woman in Games France round tables “, recalls the press release from Xbox France.

Former product manager at Electronic Arts and EA Sports, Cédric Mimouni joined Xbox in August 2013 as sales manager, just in time to participate in the launch of the Xbox One. At the beginning of 2018, he was appointed Director of the Mediterranean region (Italy, Greece, Cyprus and Malta), responsibilities which will then extend to the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal). Since October 2021, he has held the position of Gaming Business Lead for the whole of Western Europe.

First of all, I would like to thank Ina for the quality of her work on the Xbox brand and the efforts made to make it shine in France in many aspects. Ina is my friend and she will be missed. It is with honor and humility that I continue my journey at Xbox, where I have spent the last ten years of my professional life in different roles and different countries. I will put all my energy into continuing to make Xbox a great place for everyone in France. »
