(CercleFinance.com) – Amiral Gestion, acting on behalf of funds, declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on March 7, the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of Cegedim and that on this date it held, 7, 60% of the capital and 5.04% of the voting rights of this healthcare software company.
This threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Cegedim shares on the market. As of March 14, Amiral Gestion stated that it held, on behalf of the funds, 7.80% of the capital and 5.18% of the group’s voting rights.
